These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hype with Heart Collective website and your purchase of tickets, registration for experiences, and use of services offered through Hype with Heart Collective.
By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
About Hype with Heart
Hype with Heart Collective creates and curates intentional gatherings, community experiences, Long Table events, weddings, corporate events, leadership gatherings and other private and public experiences.
Our work is rooted in connection, collaboration, community and thoughtful experiences.
Throughout these Terms, "Hype with Heart," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Hype with Heart Collective.
Event Tickets & Registration
Tickets to Hype with Heart-produced events are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity.
Ticket prices and inclusions will be clearly identified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
Your registration is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been issued.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate.
Cancellations, Refunds & Ticket Transfers
Hype with Heart experiences involve advance commitments to venues, chefs, suppliers, farmers, makers, creatives and other community partners. Because many of these costs are incurred well before an event takes place, event tickets are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another guest. Transfer requests should be made before the event and are subject to any registration requirements associated with the experience.
If Hype with Heart cancels an event, ticket holders will be contacted directly regarding available options, which may include a refund, credit or transfer to a rescheduled event.
If an event must be postponed or materially changed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, government restrictions, venue closures or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate available options to guests.
Private Events, Weddings & Corporate Experiences
Inquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Weddings, corporate gatherings, private events, consulting, event production and other custom services may require a separate proposal, service agreement and deposit.
The terms of an executed client agreement will govern that particular engagement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement will take precedence in relation to that engagement.
Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, scope of work and other project-specific conditions will be outlined in the applicable agreement.
Food, Beverage & Dietary Requirements
Many Hype with Heart experiences include food and beverages prepared or supplied by independent culinary partners, venues and producers.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate dietary requirements and allergies to the appropriate partners when guests provide this information in advance. However, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the absence of cross-contact.
Guests with serious allergies or medical dietary requirements are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them and should contact us before purchasing a ticket if they have concerns.
Alcohol may be available at certain experiences. Guests consuming alcohol are responsible for doing so responsibly and complying with applicable laws.
Event Partners & Third-Party Providers
Collaboration is central to Hype with Heart.
Our experiences may involve independent venues, chefs, caterers, beverage producers, photographers, musicians, speakers, transportation providers, makers, farmers and other third-party partners.
While we thoughtfully select our collaborators, these businesses and individuals may operate independently from Hype with Heart and may have their own policies, practices and responsibilities.
Photography & Event Content
Photography and video may be captured at Hype with Heart events for storytelling, marketing, social media, website and promotional purposes.
Where appropriate, guests will be informed that photography or filming is taking place.
We understand that not everyone wishes to appear in photographs or video. Guests may speak with a Hype with Heart team member at the event or contact us in advance if they would prefer not to be intentionally photographed.
For private events, weddings and corporate experiences, photography and content permissions may be addressed separately in the applicable client agreement.
Respectful Participation
Hype with Heart exists to create spaces rooted in connection, belonging, curiosity and respect.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask an individual to leave an event if their conduct is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, threatening or significantly interferes with the experience or wellbeing of other guests, collaborators or team members.
Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, gain unauthorized access to its systems, misuse website content, or use the website in a manner that could harm Hype with Heart or another person.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including written copy, photographs, graphics, branding, event concepts, logos and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Hype with Heart Collective.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially used or represented as your own without prior written permission.
The names, trademarks, photography and materials belonging to our collaborators remain the property of their respective owners.
Changes to Events & Offerings
Sometimes thoughtful event production requires flexibility.
Hype with Heart reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event programming, menus, speakers, collaborators, schedules, venues, layouts or other experience details when necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when they significantly affect the experience purchased.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hype with Heart Collective will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, attendance at an event or use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and for making decisions appropriate to their own health, safety and circumstances while attending an event.

Our website may contain links to venues, collaborators, ticketing platforms, payment processors, social media platforms or other third-party websites.
Hype with Heart is not responsible for the content, security, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites.

As Hype with Heart grows, our experiences and services may evolve.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
